Beginners Yoga

Suitable for those taking up Yoga in spite of age, illness, or injury. Safe and supported. Designed for individual capabilities. Promotes physical and emotional healing. Yoga for everybody.

Mondays 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Wednesdays 5:15-6:45 pm

Moderate Yoga

If you want to be challenged but within your individual needs, then this class is for you! This class will work for anyone who is moderately healthy and mobile.

Monday and Wednesday Noon to 1:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 5:15 to 6:45 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Pre-Natal Yoga

A Yoga practice is an ideal support during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. This class develops body, mind, and breath awareness, while enhancing your relationship with your baby and enjoying the support of other expectant mothers. Please consult your doctor or midwife before beginning pre-natal yoga. Geared towards beginning/moderate levels of yoga experience.

Chair Yoga

For those who would like to enjoy the benefits of yoga but are concerned about the ability to “keep up”. Most postures are done seated in a chair or standing and holding onto the back of a chair.

Strong Beginners & Beyond

Basic breathing, core work and alignment principals emphasized. For physically active beginners or those who would like to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. Slow pace.

Strength-building Yoga

Increased variety of poses with an emphasis on strength building of all muscle groups.

Vinyasa Yoga

For physically active people. A vigorous yoga utilizing sun salutations to move between poses and linking each movement with the breath. Followed by an optional, 30-minute meditation. 8:00 - 8:30 am.
