Gentle Yoga

This is a perfect class to wind down after a busy day and get us through the rest of the week!  It is open for all levels.  The class is gentle, with room to rest when needed and go deeper when needed.  Take it at your own pace.   This a meditative flow, linking our breath with our movement.  The class ends with 30 minutes of restorative yoga.
